CHINA LI RIVER PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR. A spectacular photography tour to south China and the stunning Guilin area, starting with the terraced rice paddies of Longji, which are flooded with water this time of year and make a stunning scene with the early morning reflections. We then move to the incredible Li River, photographing from bamboo rafts and from the banks, capturing the misty dawns with the iconic rounded karst mountains framing the river itself. We have a shoot with a traditional cormorant fisherman and there is plenty of opportunity to shoot the local life and people of this unique destination. First class locations; great accommodation and wonderful food make this trip a real gem in the Ocean Capture calendar. Led by Jonathan Chritchley, now a veteran of 6 visits to this area, we also use a local guide and driver who will tell you about the unique history of this incredible place.
