A London-based workshop for a small group of 6 maximum, with consummate photographer, writer and master printer, Eddie Ephraums. Learn the art of fine art printing to accomplish professional quality prints in a small group situation with one of the world’s leading printers. .

Eddie says: “The aim of this workshop would be to help simplify/de-mystify the process of printing, whilst at the same time introducing each participant to what’s possible when it comes to making beautiful, personally crafted prints. They would leave clear about their personal workflow, from capture to editing, post-processing to print, using their choice of equipment, software and paper.

The intention would also be to inspire and excite the participants, filling them with confidence and enthusiasm, and overcoming any fear of making mistakes or getting things ‘wrong’. There is no wrong.

Once all the basics have been covered, we’d work on creating a set of three prints for each participant, that they leave with in an A3 box.

Prior to the workshop each participant would provide the image files, so I could check they are suitable for printing, and to familiarise myself with what each image requires. “

The workshop takes place at Eddie’s studio in NW London, using his Epson and Canon printers.
